"WHAT MAKES ME FEEL HAPPY AND PEACEFUL?" Part 3
Hello all,
Welcome to Prithi’s blog. This is my next blog, What
Makes Me Feel Happy and Peaceful? Part 3 Let’s get into the topic.
"WHAT MAKES ME FEEL HAPPY AND PEACEFUL?"
Part-3
In Part I, I shared about the evening sunset and how it
makes me feel better, and in Part 2, I discussed the night sky, the moon, and
the stars. Let’s see what I’m going to share in Part 3.
I'm going to share one of my favorite things that is lovely and has to do with nature since it makes me feel good right now.
I wish we could all experience this. On weekdays when I'm
attending school, I typically feel exhausted and sleepy. Oh no, please don't
wake me up at 7:30 in the morning. I have the impression that the entire night
has passed me by in a matter of minutes. Yet, on the weekends, I would wake up
around 6:00 a.m. in the morning, and I don't feel sleepy. I watch cartoons or
listen to music. I think you will also have come across this situation. That
continued in my college days, and now in my work life too.
It’s an early morning on Saturday, around 6 a.m., when
one bright light hits my face. I was searching for my phone to see the time,
even though I have a wall clock in my room.
After 10 minutes, I get out of bed, followed by my favorite but unhealthiest morning ritual: having my morning coffee, which I
generally take my morning coffee in bed, but on Saturdays, I will have it in
front of my house, sitting on the steps.
I walked upstairs with my coffee to watch the sunrise as
the morning light was gradually getting stronger. The sun has begun to rise in
the east, and the dim night light is gradually giving way to bright morning
brightness. All birds make sounds, including hens, sparrows, cuckoos, and
peacocks.
I went and sat near my garden plants. Take a deep breath
and talk to plants.
Everyone has a close friend with whom they can
communicate all of their feelings, whether happy or sad. Similarly, I have
those buddies as well, but sadly, they aren't people because they are living
objects and can sense our emotions. If we closely watch them, we can also feel
their interaction.
If my day were really horrible, I would want someone to
listen to my thoughts while I sob, or I might want to tell someone about a good
day I had. My garden plants are the only ones that will respond to me at times.
Don't you think that plant will speak, dude? Ha! No, they won't talk with us,
give us hugs, or dry our tears. But you will feel like they are listening to
us.
I'll tell you what I used to do: I would sit close to any
of my plant, touch their leaves, and talk to them. Those plants move slightly
in the wind, and I can tell they are responding by the movement of their
leaves.
You can also try this way. If no one is present to hear
you when you want to express your emotions, Simply approach any plant, sit
calmly, take a deep breath of fresh air, and talk to them. Don’t think about
what others will see while you are talking to a plant; don’t even care about
them; just be relaxed and speak to the plants. You will definitely feel
relaxed.
I hope this will help you, and this is my way of making
myself happy and peaceful.
Happy reading!!!
