"WHAT MAKES ME FEEL HAPPY AND PEACEFUL?" - Part 2
Hey all,
Welcome to Prithi’s blog. This is my next
blog, What Makes Me Feel Happy and Peaceful? Part 2 Let’s get into the topic.
"WHAT
MAKES ME FEEL HAPPY AND PEACEFUL?"
Part-2
In Part I, I discussed the evening sunset and
how it makes me feel better. Here in Part 2 of this, I’m going to share another
simple way that I used to follow.
We all love the moon, and when we were young,
mom would frequently show us the moon while she fed us. So, I think one will be
there to hate the moon.
In my childhood, while I was riding at night,
I used to see the big white moon, and I thought it was coming along with me.
Still, I think like that. How is that possible? We all think like that, right?
Later, I realise that the moon is not following us; it just stays in one place.
I’m a selenophile, which means a person who
loves the moon. I really enjoy seeing the moon every day, and I never get tired
of it.
Sometime in the early morning, like around 2
a.m., if it is a lunar eclipse full moon day, if you saw the moon, it would be
some time in a dark reddish colour, which is known as a "blood moon".
Is the moon angry? No, it means that Earth's atmosphere filters the sunlight
before it reaches the Moon.
Here is my other way to relax. It’s around 11
p.m. in the night. I took my water bottle and went upstairs to look up at the
night sky. In a cool breeze, all of the birds flew off to their own homes. It’s
very silent here. Wow! How beautiful is the night, when the globe is fully
filled with darkness, a single bright light shine, and their group of buddy’s
stars, like a flower entirely surrounded by honey bees?
I’m wondering how many stars are there and
doing impossible tasks. Yes, I'm counting the stars.
There is mixed of black, grey, and white
colour cloud that is moving very fast. Small birds and insects are making less
sound. I'm observing the clouds, moon, and stars.
Many questions running through my head, Will
I go to the moon? Can I reach out and touch the stars? And will I be able to
sing my nursery rhymes, Twinkle, twinkle, little star! while sitting on clouds?
how cold the moon is.
Uhh! No, I'm not an astronaut, so I can't
perform any of these things. But that's okay, since I can sit in my upstairs
and admire the moon's splendour without doing these things.
Nothing is runs in my mind; I breathe deeply
in the fresh breeze and simply gaze at the moon and sky. Then I lay on the
ground and just stared up at the sky. How pretty the god has created the night
world!
I hope this way will also help you get rid of
unnecessary thoughts and find interesting things! See you all on the next blog.
Happy reading!!!
